Privacy Policy

The security of your private data and information is our top priority. This policy explains what we collect, who can see it, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to reach us.

Last updated November 4, 2026. Questions go to privacy@kingdomkapital.com or 929-263-2226.

The short version. We collect the information needed to evaluate your business and present it to funding institutions. We share it with the institutions we approach on your behalf and with the service providers that support our work. We don't sell or rent it. Ask and we'll delete everything we aren't legally required to keep.

Who we are

Kingdom Kapital is the funding broker that operates this website. We are not a lender. When you apply, you are asking us to evaluate your business and approach funding institutions on your behalf. This policy covers the website, our application forms, email, phone, and text, and it applies whether you apply, ask a question, or just visit.

What we collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers on this website. If a funder later requires one to close, that request comes in writing from your advisor, not from a web form.

Why we collect it

To understand your goals, evaluate your business, and present terms that fit. Your statements go to funders because that's the information they review. Your contact details exist so your advisor can reach you about your application.

We also use the information to run the site, keep records we are required to keep, detect fraud or abuse, respond to you, and, only if you separately opt in, send the text messages described below.

Who sees it

None of the sharing above includes your mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent. That data is covered only in the SMS sections below.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your application, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California and similar state laws define “sale” and “share” broadly. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define the terms.

Public filings. When a funded transaction is filed as a UCC-1, it becomes public record. That filing is a legal requirement on the funder's side. Your advisor will tell you when it's filed.

SMS and text messaging

Providing a mobile number does not enroll you in text messaging. We send text messages only when you separately check the relevant optional consent box on one of our forms. Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are separate, neither box is preselected, and neither is required to submit a form or receive services.

If you opt in to marketing texts, Kingdom Kapital may send promotional messages about business funding services. If you opt in to non-marketing texts, Kingdom Kapital may send messages about your funding inquiry, consultation appointments, application status, and customer-service requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For the complete messaging terms, see our Terms of Service.

Text message opt-in

You opt in by completing a form on this website and checking the relevant consent box. That includes the funding application and the contact form. Checking a box is the only way to enroll. Submitting a form, providing a phone number, or applying for funding does not create consent by itself.

Text message opt-out

If you receive a text from Kingdom Kapital and no longer want messages, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To opt in again, check the consent box on a form as you did the first time. Reply HELP for assistance, call 929-263-2226, or email privacy@kingdomkapital.com.

How long we keep it

Funded deals stay on file for as long as lending-record, tax, and dispute rules require. Applications that never funded are deleted after our retention period, or sooner if you ask and no law requires us to keep them. Website logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the site. When the retention period ends, we delete the records or de-identify them so they can no longer be tied to you.

Your choices

Email privacy@kingdomkapital.com from the address we have on file, or call 929-263-2226. We'll confirm we received the request and complete it within the window the applicable privacy law allows, generally 45 days, with one permitted extension if the request is complex. We may need to verify it's you before we release or delete a file. An authorized agent can submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or give a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other state privacy laws grant additional statutory rights. We apply the same process to everyone regardless of where you live. If a state law gives you a right to appeal a denial, the confirmation email will say how.

Security

Statements are transmitted and stored encrypted, access is limited to the people working your file, and we use an e-signature platform rather than email attachments for contracts. No system is perfect. If a breach of your personal information happens, you'll hear it from us directly and quickly, and we'll notify you and the regulators the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies that keep the site working (session, load balancing, and form state) and a small first-party analytics set that tells us which pages people actually read. We don't run third-party advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or social trackers that follow you off this site. We don't sell cookie data. Your browser's do-not-track setting is honored for analytics. You can also refuse cookies in your browser; the site may then lose some functions, such as keeping a form open.

Links to other sites

This site may link to a funder, a review profile, or another page we don't operate. Their privacy practices are theirs. Read those policies before you submit anything there.

Children

This is a business funding site. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes get an email to anyone with an active file.
